A Rare Treat

Yesterday, Brian took the day off so we could spend some time together while the kids were at school. First, we went to Grandfather Mountain and had a fun picnic. It was freezing when the wind was blowing. Here I am wrapped up in a blanket. That's Grandfather Mountain in the background.

Then we drove to Blowing Rock and walked around for quite a while. Of course we had to stop at Stir Fry for dinner to end the great day!
